Certified coach, speaker, trainer and founder of Choice Journey. But before any of that, I was just like you — called to more, but unsure how to get there.
Personally, there was a time I felt stuck. I was serving others but felt misaligned and burned out. I battled self-doubt and exhaustion, unsure how to move forward. It wasn’t until I reconnected with my own purpose—and built the systems and framework to support it—that I began to rise.
With over 25 years of experience leading complex, high-performing businesses that generated millions in sales and managed teams of up to 400 associates, I’ve developed a deep understanding of leadership, systems, and processes. Today, as the Executive Director of a thriving ministry, I bring that same expertise to help businesses and ministries build strong foundations, streamline operations, and create lasting growth.
